Here is my thought on that.
If you then have bought a land and build a house.
Then your wife divorce you what happen then.
The land have been bought against the law., therefor it should be revoked.
Then the foreigner should be able to sale land and get his money back. This have happen to many foreigner .
I know many norwegian that has bought land through his wife. And after 3,5 year they go to divorce.
Go back to land department and show them where the money come from. You must have bank statment when you take money out from account. Show these paper and then you ask to sell the land.
This in case where cheating wife that only want to stay in Norway (Europe).
