http://bloggarkiv.sol.no/blogg/hvorfor-pastar-enkelte-kvinner-fra-thailand-er-bedre-enn-kvinner-fra-norge

Fritak for husarbeid.

Spør deg selv, hva gjør mannen for deg?

HER ER "CLUET" - Hvis jeg gjør noe for min Thailandske kone.

Og sier " My plumpy husband enjoy this food very much"

A)

STADIG FLERE EKTEFELLER FRA ANDRE LAND

B)

http://debatt.sol.no/content/sporsmal-til-dere-som-har-hentet-thai-damer-til-norge-0

http://delirium.vgb.no/tag/thailand/

http://oslopuls.aftenposten.no/byliv/article543324.ece

Kommentar ingeniøren:

Hva i alle dager er dette ?

Må man gå kurs nå for å forstå dere Norske damer. Er det videregående også? .

Bruke 40 000 kr for å forstå hva dere vil.

1100 horer i Oslo

http://pub.nettavisen.no/nettavisen/innenriks/article196356.ece

Kilde: http://www.thaipitstop.com/blog/?p=317

*************************************************

What I Know About Isaan Girls

What I've learned from interacting with Isaan Girls from the Country I Love-THAILAND

The most important thing in Thailand is money. Not just for riches but for the face it brings. Thais will use whatever resources they have to secure this money.

The ruling class will use their power, the police will use their authority, the men will use their superior gender, and the Isaan girls will use the only commodity they have – their dark skin, beautiful bodies, and silky black hair that farang find so attractive.

The girls know it and their mothers know it to.

The poor Isaan girls don't stand a chance from the moment they are born.

They are shunned as second class citizens by their villages because of their gender, and third class citizens by the rest of Thailand because of the region they were born in. Oh!

But the face they receive when they send home the bacon earned by prostituting themselves to the comparatively wealthy Farangs.

And because of the face their families receive by this increased wealth their mothers turn a blind eye and encourage them to send more. And the girls become the mothers.

And this attitude is ingrained so deep in their culture that it could take centuries of mixing with the Farang for it to change. And it is only by mixing with the Farang that this change will manifest, for it will not come from within Thailand itself as the ruling class and hierarchy have nothing to gain and everything to lose.

So the beautiful, innocent, intelligent but forcibly uneducated Isaan girls head for the City of Angels and the beach resorts of Thailand in search of face and fortune.

And the Farang are there in numbers to greet them.

And the Farang that are there to greet them, not so much the ones that have been to the Land of Smiles many times and survived, and not the ones with a hard heart, but the ones fresh off the plane who think they have just stumbled into paradise, they are the real victims.

For the Isaan girl think we Farangs are stupid like a water buffalo with a pull ring in its nose. And we can be. It is our by our egos, our fascination, and our lust that we are led.

Someone used the analogy that a Thai sees a Farang as an ATM walking, and it fits perfectly. All the Isaan girl has to do is find out the PIN code for a particular machine and pull out the money. And won't their blood sucking families be fond of their second class members then. Now I don't want to go and tar all the families with the same brush as there is always an exception to the rule, but there is a rule of thumb to go by.

And the Farang become the victim. For the attention we get is delicious and we are captivated by it and in love with it and our little heads will follow the pied piper's tune and we are deliriously happy and dance in the street. And when it's time to go back to our countries we leave our shattered hearts scattered in Thailand while our body and minds are at home doing whatever we can to return ASAP. If one can survive their initial and enraptured visit to The Land of Smiles and eventually and objectively see it for what it is before becoming entangled in the deceit, then one could possibly be wiser for the experience and enjoy their future trips to Thailand. For once Thailand is in your blood it will forever be calling out to you. You could, and many do, visit Thailand, don't bite into the apple, and leave with no desire to come back, honeymooners, couples, retirees etc. But a male farang without a travelling companion is usually changed forever.

ORDER OF IMPORTANCE FOR A ISAAN GIRL (with little exception) is:-

1. Money

2. mother and Family

3. face

4. Thai Boyfriend and Friends

5. Possessions

6. Farang

There is no set order of importance for Farang it all depends on our personality and needs. They could satisfy any one desire or combination of the following:-

Sex – you got it Variety – you got it Sexual experience – you got it

Romance – you got it Short term companionship – you got it

Relationship – you got it Holiday fun and good times – you got it

We can have whatever we desire – AND THAT'S THE CATCH.

The Isaan girl can and will adapt to whatever we desire - FOR A PRICE.

Some girls are better at providing one particular need and some another. There is still some compatible selection process involved.

And the Farang maybe very sincere and often is, but there is little sincerity on the Thai girl's part, only on the surface level.

This is the point where a Farang can and mostly do become the victim. Even the experienced may find themselves caught in the spider's web. It is a well used cliché but it is a "tangled web they weave".

Now I'm not saying that the Isaan girl is wicked or evil.

On the contrary most in their own way have their ethics and morals to guide them.

They are mostly trying to be the best they can according to their conditioning using the only resource they have, and I would not lift even a little finger to harm them in any way. They come out the other end scarred enough as it is. It is just a different culture, "east is east and west is west".

If we allow ourselves to interact below the surface level and become emotionally involved then it is very dangerous waters we tread and some of us barely keep our head above water and make it out intact. But the post traumatic experience (it's traumatic) we are left with can take months (or years) of soul searching and counseling to recover. But we may come through the other side a better man.

Am I being dramatic? Maybe. For some who have a fortress around the heart will wonder what I'm going on about. Others who tend to give a bit of themselves will know exactly what I'm talking about.

The Thai girl is really only interested in us for the money. Sorry but we are kidding ourselves if we believe otherwise. They are not attracted by our looks, our muscles, our age, our dress, our goodness or our badness, only our wealth. Sometimes we will yield to them a hansum amount of money over a short period of time, sometimes a little more over a longer period, and sometimes a large amount over a long period of time. I karumba! The jackpot. And some girls, depending on their acquired skills, hit the jackpot concurrently many times.

BE CAREFUL

What I have learned about the country I love is to stay on the surface. Don't dive in.

If you do dive in just splash around a little and get back to the surface where the sun is shining.

Don't dive in too deep where it's dark, and not too long, or when you surface the boat may have already sailed and you'll be left to fend for yourself in the open waters. For make no mistake: -

"If we laugh the Thai will laugh with us, but if we cry we cry alone".

I love Thailand. I keep coming back for holidays where my senses are always alive. I am fascinated, not by its history, but by its culture and people. I love the Isaan girls. I suspect they're doing more good for their country than what fellow Thais and visitors realise. God bless the little girl in each and every one of them.

Stickman's thoughts:

I love the second to laugh paragraph. Brilliant analogy!

Foreign husbands flock to Thailand's impoverished Isaan (Feature)

By Peter Janssen Oct 28, 2009, 5:04 GMT

Source: http://www.monstersandcritics.com/news/asiapacific/features/article_1509741.php/Foreign-husbands-flock-to-Thailand-s-impoverished-Isaan-Feature

Khon Kaen, Thailand - Isaan, as Thailand's 19 north-eastern provinces are called, is the country's poorest region.

Degraded soil, a lack of irrigation and dense population have combined to make Isaan the country's fountainhead for factory workers, housemaids, bus boys and bar girls.

But the region is not without its attractions, as an estimated 100,000 foreign husbands will testify.

'When I came up here 17 years ago, I thought, this place is brilliant,' said Briton Martin Wheeler, 47.

'In terms of social infrastructure, everyone has a house, everyone has land, and the lifestyle is unbelievable,' he said, describing his adopted home in Kam Pla Lai village in Khon Kaen, 350 kilometres north-east of Bangkok.

A former construction worker from London, Wheeler married his Thai wife Rojana in Bangkok and moved to her home town in Khon Kaen when she became pregnant with their first child.

'My wife warned me about Isaan being the poorest place in Thailand, but I thought, 'If this is poor, I'll have some of it,'' Wheeler said.

A London University graduate with distinction in Latin, Wheeler started out as a labourer and farmer, learned the Isaan dialect and eventually became an assistant to a rural-development project, working in community building and promoting self-sufficiency agriculture as an alternative to single-crop farming.

As Kam Pla Lai became known as a success story in rural development, Wheeler has become a popular figure and is often recruited by the Thai government to talk to farmers and civil servants, using Isaan slang, about the benefits of diversifying crops, self-sufficiency and wholesome country living.

'My primary point is you have to accept two truisms - most people are not going to get rich, and most will not get highly educated,' Wheeler said. 'If you accept these two truisms, the countryside has a lot of offer.'

Another message is closer to home.

'For the rural people now, the answer (to poverty) is to get your daughter married to a foreign husband,' Wheeler said. 'But a lot of the Westerners who come over here are like me - we're not the cream of the crop.'

Westerners have been marrying Isaan girls for decades, starting during the Vietnam War when more than 100,000 US military men were stationed in Thailand, including three air bases in the North-East.

The bases attracted bars and bar girls. Some local women became 'rented wives' for the servicemen.

After the war, the GIs were replaced by European and American tourists, for whom Thai ladies remained a major attraction.

Although the Thai government has few statistics on the number of cross-culture marriages, there is plenty of evidence that they are on the rise, especially in Isaan.

Increasingly, academics and economists have studied the social phenomenon.

According to a study carried out by the government's National Economic and Social Development Board (NESDB), as of 2003 there were 19,594 women in north-east Thailand married to Westerners.

The migration of these mostly elderly, retired men to the region had generated 10.5 billion baht (308 million dollars) in spending and created 578,609 jobs, according to the NESDB's estimates.

Buapan Promphakping, an associate professor in humanities at Khon Kaen University, estimates the actual number of cross-culture couples in the 19 north-eastern provinces as closer to 100,000, or about 3 per cent of the region's households.

The influx of comparatively wealthy Westerners, sometimes amounting to 100 foreigners in one small village, has had an obvious impact on Isaan society - creating a huge income gap between cross- culture couples and villagers and fueling more materialism and consumerism, according to Buapan's studies.

And the trend hasn't been good for Thai men.

'Nowadays in the villages, parents will say to their daughters:

If your Thai husband is no good you can divorce him and find a farang (foreign) husband,' Buapan said. 'So you have to behave now.'

For Western men, especially elderly ones retiring on modest pensions, Isaan women have won a reputation as good housewives and nurses, while the local economy offers them a standard of living their incomes couldn't buy them in the West.

'It's a win-win situation, but it's not a love story,' Wheeler said. 'It's finance, and it's sex. It's a mirror of what's wrong with the West, not what's wrong with Thailand.'

Informasjon - Isaan

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Isan (Isan/Thai:
[ʔiːsǎːn]; also written as Isaan, Isarn, Issan, or Esarn;[1])

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isan

"Marriage and courtship in Isan still mainly follows strict tradition, especially in rural areas, and most young women are married by the time they are 20 years old. Many girls, in spite of the legal requirement, marry as young as fourteen to escape poverty, as usually marriage is associated with a dowry paid by the husband to the bride's family.

A dowry will not normally be less than 40,000 Thai baht, and according to the status of the bride and/or her family, can often greatly exceed 300,000 baht.

" Ref Wikipedia

The cultural separation from Central Thailand, combined with the region's poverty and the typically dark skin of its people, has encouraged a considerable amount of discrimination against the people of Isan from non-ethnic Thais of Chinese descent.[citation needed] Even though many Isan people now work in the cities rather than in the fields, many hold lower-status jobs such as construction workers, stall vendors and tuk-tuk taxi drivers, and discriminatory attitudes have been known to persist with many Thai-Chinese inhabitants. Nevertheless, Isan food and music have both been enthusiastically adopted and adapted to the tastes of the rest of the country."

Education

Education is well provided by the government in terms of numbers of establishments and is supplemented in the larger cities by the private sector (mostly Catholic schools and international schools). Following the national pattern of education in Thailand, there are primary (elementary) schools in all larger villages and (tambon) capitals, with secondary (high) schools to Grade 12 (approximately age 18) in the district (amphoe) towns.

Many other secondary schools provide education only to Grade 9, while some combined school provide education from Grade 1 through Grade 9. Rural schools are generally less well equipped than the schools in the large towns and cities and the standard of instruction, particularly for the English language, is much lower. Many children of poorer families leave school after Grade 6 (age 12) to work on the farms.

Ingeniøren sier:

"Og her er problemet til dette folket. Dem slutter for skolen er ferdig. Og løsningen for å få penger blir da prostitusjon."

A number move to areas of dense or tourist populations to work in the service industry.

Og dem gjøre hva ?

Many primary schools also operate their own websites[3] and almost all schoolchildren in Isan, at least from junior high school age,[4] are now (2008) largely computer literate for basic programs: they are well adept in the use of word-processing, layout of flyers, brochures and birthday cards, and simple, digital photo enhancement software.

Buying property in Thailand is tricky, risky but may prove very rewarding.

Source: http://www.thailovelines.com/Thailand-property.php

An exciting opportunity or a legal minefield? In fact it is both. Many foreigners take a chance.

The Thai property market is a closed one. Prices are low and many have bought despite the risks. Property in Thailand may yet be a canny move.

Compared to western values, property prices in Thailand are very low. This is due to the level of economic development, a catastrophic depression that hit Thailand in 1997 but, most importantly the country's land laws which radically limit foreign ownership of Thai property. Nevertheless, there are some exciting property investment opportunities in areas such as Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket, where land and property prices are increasing nicely despite the global downturn. Condominiums in Bangkok and holiday properties in key centres frequented by foreigners have good rental potential. If you are a foreigner and thinking of retirement in Thailand, then the prospect of a beautiful property at a fraction of the price in an exotic climate can be simply irresistible.

Caution is the watchword with Thai property and not just financial

Familiarise yourself with the property market and Thai laws governing foreign ownership of property and investment in Thailand, and then think it over more before deciding to proceed with a property investment. The old property rule that 'the day you buy is the day you sell' also certainly applies in Thailand. Be careful of whatever property investment you might be proposing to get yourself into. Thailand's foreign ownership laws in particular Thai regulations regarding property ownership drive the market. One can describe the property laws in Thailand as designed to protect Thailand from being 'bought out' by foreign interests.

Hire an independent lawyer to handle your Thai property investment

Certainly never buy property in Thailand unless you have the services of an independent lawyer. Independent means that your lawyer is not linked to those selling the property. All Thai property transactions are in Thai and you are truly at the mercy of your advisors in any transaction. We would also warn all foreigners about entering into a property investment without first doing the homework. This includes, but is not limited to, taking 2-3 legal opinions before hiring a lawyer to handle property investment. In addition to checking out the title to your property, you should also make sure that your site map of the property is correct and that this corresponds with local government files.

Two ways to deal with ownership restrictions on property in Thailand

Firstly, foreigners can purchase condominiums and apartments subject to a restriction on the percentage ownership of each scheme. Aside from this, there are two popular ways which foreigners in Thailand have used to buy land and property. One is to set up a company to purchase the land or a property. This can be a house as well as a commercial property and land. Foreigners cannot own more than 49% with the largest shareholding possible being 39%. However, Thai shareholders can hold shares but these may be non-voting giving control to the foreigners.

30 year lease on your Thai property with an option

The second option is to enter into a 30 year lease on the property with the option to renew for another 30 years. Foreigners can enter into such leases and it is also possible to combine this with option one in a hybrid approach. There are property taxes and legal requirements also to be considered. Any prospective foreign purchaser of a Thai property should talk this through in detail with his/her lawyer in Thailand and allow for the legal costs involved in addition to the price of the property. These routes have been successful up to now in Thailand but the Thai government, in recent times, has been looking closely at foreign ownership of companies and property with a keen eye to reform of the law so that abuses do not occur.

One way not to buy a property in Thailand

One of the other methods of purchasing a house in has led to countless horrors stories from foreigners all over Thailand and elsewhere. It is to buy the property in the name of your Thai wife or Thai girlfriend.
Obviously, the horror stories develop when the relationships break down. Foreigners who purchased property in this fashion and who failed to secure their position through a lease or contract have been known to be evicted.

The Thai Scorpion And The Western Turtle

http://www.stickmanbangkok.com/Reader/reader2174.htm

I have been reading a lot of submissions about how unbelievable it is that western men fall for Thai bar girls and are willing to invest hard-earned money to ensure their future happiness. These submissions then go on to give "good" advice on how to avoid this problem. This is all well and good, and I certainly agree with most of the advice. However, I am always surprised at the "shock" these writers express that men can be so stupid. I submit that it is a wonder that western men do not leave their families and sell their homes to live in Thailand much more often than they do. A quick look at the facts confirms what I am saying.

Yes, we all know that a western man and a Thai bar girl enter into a business arrangement and that's the way both parties should abide. But what is that arrangement? It is to perform an act (sex) that is normally reserved for couples that are very much in love. As much as they try, one party forgets the contract and they go and truly enjoy the experience. What happens when it is time to part ways? Do you just cast away someone that you may now have true intimate feelings for?

Another factor is environment. The western man has lived most of his life in a safe, boring, and predictable place called Farangland. It is usually cold and the women even colder. All of a sudden, he is in a warm place with a huge variety of sights and sounds all around him, and he has just walked a block from his hotel! The people are friendly and the sexy girls in the bar are even friendlier. Why wouldn't he think he is in a new reality? The girl may also be in a new state of reality. This guy is different. He is fairly fit, nice, and has bothered to take a shower before coming to bed. Also, he is not staying at the Nana Hotel but at the JW Marriot. He has opened the front door for her and let her order anything she wants from room service. Maybe this one is different from all the rest and is the one to keep. Unlike the western man, the Thai bar girl has had these feelings before and knows how to move beyond them.

What happens next is the old story of the turtle and the scorpion. The scorpion complains about how bad life is on this side of the river. If only there was a good-hearted turtle to take her across, she would be eternally grateful. The turtle, knowing the scorpion's reputation as he has read Stick's web site, is wary of this request. But after much cajoling, Thai food, beer, and of course, great sex, the scorpion and turtle set off on their journey across the river to the happiness of the other shore. Just as they approach, the scorpion stings the turtle and both drown to their fate.

Why would the scorpion put the sting to her liberator and benefactor? Why would she prefer the life of a Bangkok hooker to the ease of living in relative comfort with a western man? The answer lies in the scorpion's response as they both drown, "because I'm a scorpion and stinging is what I do." It doesn't make sense, especially from the turtle's viewpoint, but that is what Thai bar girls do.

The reasons why Thai bar girls prefer this destiny are many and they have been well documented on this web site. But in the beginning, both parties exist in a state of unreality to accommodate a business deal. The fact that one or more parties allows this state to continue beyond its useful limit should not be surprising to anyone. Remember that great

looking MG Midget you took for a test ride and then bought without opening the hood? For a few days you rode around feeling great. You swore to all of your friends it was best car on the road, right up until the day it died in that roadside ditch. Even then, you put thousands into repair and still it broke down regularly. It was a great looking car that couldn't stay on the road, and it broke your heart when you sold it for a fraction of what you paid for it.

And for a new found friend "R" that I met through this site: mate, you've been stung! Ditch the scorpion and try to make it safely to shore! After the sting wears off, life can be beautiful again. And for those of you telling R to keep swimming with this stinging scorpion, shame on you!

Oh, they sting all right!
