Farmers happy as rice payments begin

Yingluck goverment was not able to borrow money to pay the farmers. The Banks did not trust Yinglucks goverment.


But now the General has made this possible.

• 40 billion baht to start payments right away

• Goverment borrow 92.431 billion baht to pay off all the outstanding debt
