"They uses an old smartphone that already has broken screen. And then they bump into you as foreigner.And then they loose their smartphone that "you" have broken .
And then claim you have to repair their smartphone. They want 1500 baht or more to fix."
The way to deal with this is to say you want to go to police and fix this matter.
There is also mobil phone that has been stolen from people that walk around and talk while the walk on the street.
So be aware about this matter if you are going in this area.
