The number of people that has left Thailand is really not shown right. Everyday i see moving sale now. So this morning i wake up and tried to see on youtube if there was any video about this. And here is what i found out:

Many Thai people wonder where the foreigners have gone.
The weather in Europe is really nice. There are over 30 degrees at many places so people stay at home. Why need to go Thailand when you can have same weather at home
In France the really have nice weather and same in UK.
So why spend alot of money in Thailand when you can have a nice and cheaper holiday at home.
Thai women are pretty - but boring
I don't want a Thai Girlfriend in Pattaya
In fact i now hear that many not want a woman from Thailand. I not know why.
It is like people now have seen how it not work out for many that got married to Thai. Since i come to Thailand in 2004 it has changed.
And i do not like this Thailand as much as the Thailand in 2004.
But could it be that more have seen this?
Maybe foreigners now find girls from vietnam or laos more fun. Who knows?
Somethings i have seen is that they want everybody to follow their ways.
And they not want to change anything.
They hate to learn English and want people to speak Thai. If you travel in the world you will see that people try to speak english. Not in Thailand- The prefer that the whole world speak Thai.
Maybe that is why people nowadays go other place.
But some things that is really coming is that shops around will close.
When the cheapest deal is for around 15000 baht for travelling and hotel for 8 days. Where you travel 3 hours and 45 min then you are in the hotel in Turkey. Then i belive many is tired of traveling so long to Thailand. It is really not worth it to travel to Thailand then. People are busy and need to go home to job and just need a short break sometimes. That they get from this area. Also it is that high currency that take alot of their holiday budget. You get more holiday by travelling in you nearby area. What might happen is that the area in the map i show are now taking over. And might even make people go there permanently Maybe they are tired of seeing temples, cheating tuk tuk and taxi that overcharge. Search on youtube show this .

Maybe it is a way of not have sex sale in Thailand anymore. They say Indian people come now more. But if you watch this video look how the girls look on men from india. It is a known fact that Thai do not like dark skin. I was so supprised first time i see that. But it is clear that the working girls now have a bad time.

New Immigration Rules in Thailand as of 1st March 2019 The Final Blow!
For the last year it has been changes in Thailand. There have been changes in the l was that is not as nice for foreigners living in Thailand.
I started to notice that many start to move when I saw they sell their tings on Facebook. After 8 month I saw that something was happening. People from Scandinavia, USA, India was selling and moving out.
I started to search on “moving sale” and I got shock. Last week I really got a surprise when I saw a Chinese woman selling 3 cars in the same time. She also said she not wanted to move out, but had too.
The cars where 2 brand new Benz and a really nice Honda. Her house looked amazing so then I started to wonder. For one week then it come.
News from Phuket, Pattaya was that the tourist has dropped 30 %. But after seen this, it is much higher. This numbers are not right. I have been in Thailand since 2008. And I never seen this.
Rules for insurance, laws against foreigners living in Thailand. Higher police activity and immigration bust. A baht Thai now is higher then ever. And this make foreigner move.
Most foreigner in one or to ways love Asian food. But many miss their home when they are in Thailand. And for me it was the food that I missed most.
Yes I could buy in store like Villa market, Tops and so on. But the prices was now to high for foreigner food.
Also since 2008 the electrical bill has gone up 50 % since I come to Thailand.
Maybe that is what make people leave who knows.
I let the readers view this video and see for yourself. I am never see so good space on the beach. I never see so many empty bars and so on as now.
Are Pattaya , Phuket heading in to bankruptcy. They say that well people from India has now come instead.
People from India do not spend money in a same way.
Some people go to thailand to meet woman, but i have now seen that this is also not so "hot". Many has become a victim of this. And now they also say Thai do to much surgery.And start to not look like Thai anymore. Well what ever is the reason is is now making Thailand into a place that foreigners not want to be in .At least for some people.

In my eyes, this video show that there is a lot of empty places on the beach. Compare to before. And since Europeans now have a holiday it should be alot more people in here. But after a search i found out that now people not want to travel 13 - 20 hours. They want to use less time for travelling. And still can come home fast. To travel to thailand well it go 24 hours before you are at your hotel. Then you really are tired after travelling that far. And this might be another reason.
I find it really strange that russians are not in the same numbers as before also.
Thai goverment do not seem to understand that hotel,bars,shops now are struggeling. And are not doing much to get a better baht. Well let us see how they will react when it has gone 6 months.
I also read to dy that people are sorry that they order ticket for Christmas. And that they will travel to Vietnam next time. So that mean people already plan 1 year ahead for their holiday. So this has not really hit thailand yet. How is Pattaya next year i wonder. Well i share som newes and a video som you can make up your mind.
And If you go to see their currency it is not stronger,so why is indian coming now. Most likely after seeing a video on youtube. Is that they are trying to see if they can start a buisness in Thailand.
Is indian people the answer really. After talking to people i now see something i never heard before.
"Well then i am done with this place" was one of the thing i hear.
But i wonder why Indin people not visit before?

Maybe people nowadays look on cheaper place to have their holiday.
One more thing that people might see as better is that to have an holiday in Europe then people understand you. In Thailand the new generation is really nice. They speak english very well. And i find it much easier then when i come in 2008.But still it is really hard to get around in Thailand because they really want us to speak thai. Strange when Thai nowadays travel more. Then they should learn English more.
Nordic people moving out of Thailand

The number of Nordic businesspeople in Thailand and the number
of Nordic people on retirement visa or visa linked to their Thai family
have been declining during the first five months of this year. This is
the first decline in 12 years. If the trend continues, there will only
be 861 Nordic people on a business visa left in Thailand by the end of
the year.
In 2018, 435 Nordic businesspeople renewed their business visa during
the first five month of that year. This year, only 395 businesspeople
renewed their visa. While some new businesspeople may have moved in,
more must have decided to move out, leaving a net decline in Nordic
businesspeople in Thailand of 40 people or 10 percent.
The downward trend is stronger than the total for all foreign
nationalities in Thailand, where the decline in business visa renewals
went down 2 percent during this period to a total of 5536 renewals.
Nordic people on retirement visa or visa related to their Thai family
also declined. Last year, 3837 Nordic people renewed their O-visa during
these first five months of the year. This year during the same five
months, only 3788 people renewed their O-visa. The net decline was 49
people.
The category “others”, which includes students on E-visa declined 89
people from 1174 last year to 1085 this year. A decline of 7.5 percent.
Even renewal of tourist visas went down with 65 renewals to 11,752 renewals.
Danes had the largest decline
In the business communities, not all Nordic nationalities declined in equal proportions.
The number of Norwegian male business visa renewals went down from 40
to 39 men, while the businesswomen renewals went up from 5 in 2018 to 12
in 2019, giving a net increase of 7 business people renewing their
visas.
The number of Finnish businessmen and business woment remained unchanged with 47 men and 13 women renewing their visas.
The number of Swedish male business visa renewals went down with 10
from 176 to 166 while the businesswomen renewals went down equally with
10 from 47 to 37, giving a total decline of 20 or 9 percent.
The largest decline was in the Danish nationality. The number of Danish
male business visa renewals went down from 70 to 66, while Danish
business women declined from 18 to 11. The net decline of 11 business
visa renewals equals 12.5 percent.
The number of Icelandic businesspeople went up with 3 males and down
with 1 female renewal to a total of 4 Icelandic people – doubling the 2
Icelandic people who renewed their visa during the first five months of
last year.
Making the same comparison regarding people on O-visa also shows also an unequal pattern.
The Norwegians went down 21 O-visa renewals.
The Finns went down 11 O-visa renewals.
The Swedes went up with 37 O-visa renewals.
The Danes went down with 92 O-visa renewals – the largest drop of 14.5 percent in these categoeries.
The Icelandic people went up 3 renewals.
I have followed now for 1 year where i see more and more foreigners selling everything and leaving Thailand.
High baht , higher el bill, higher cost so it easy now not so nice to be in here anymore.
Cost to stay and now you have to pay for medical insurence (forced.)
Admin think about leaving to. But i will wait for a while.

U.S. Mission in Thailand to Cease Providing Income Affidavit
October 26, 2018
Bangkok, THAILAND
As of January 1, 2019, the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok and the U.S.
Consulate General in Chiang Mai will cease to provide the income
affidavit for the purpose of applying for Thai retirement and family
visas and will not notarize previous versions of the income affidavit.
The Royal Thai Government requires actual verification of income to
certify visa applicants meet financial requirements for long-stay visas.
The U.S. government cannot provide this verification and will no longer issue the affidavits.
Please consult the Royal Thai Embassy in Washington, D.C. and Royal Thai
Immigration Bureau websites for information on how to meet the
requirements for a Thai retirement visa or extension
"The decision was made by the British Embassy following a meeting with immigration in May in which they confirmed that they expect the embassy to verify all sources of income of British Nationals requesting an income letter. Consular officers are not verification experts and therefore cannot fulfil (sic) this requirement. We also cannot verify income from every income source in every country of the world. Thai Immigration is able to verify the income in a Thai bank account, therefore British Nationals should show evidence of minimum funds for their visa type by showing a Thai bank statement and/or bank book. This is not a new requirement and has always been an option for foreigners renewing retirement and marriage visas in Thailand".
