Have you as an western ever seen, a political department in a goverment do this:

"Says Cabinet should seek royal judgement if govt is removed

"In a rare and potentially controversial move, the government's Centre for the Administration of Peace and Order yesterday asked the Constitutional Court and the National Anti-Corruption Commission not to exceed their authority in cases against Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra."

Is this not an evidence of what CAPO really are?

And police deparment for Thaksin where they try to make an own "National court " for Thailand.

Where all people are put in there position from Thaksin .


What political department has ever warned a National court of something. What power do CAPO really have over the highest court in Thailand.

I find this all really funny.  Where Thaksin use all his people to force even the court in Thailand.


"In its "statement number 1", CAPO said the court had no authority to oust the Cabinet if it ruled against the prime minister in the case of the unlawful transfer of the NSC chief."

"He said the court had no authority to oust the Cabinet because Article 181 of the Constitution would require the Cabinet to become the caretaker government if the prime minister were disqualified."


The court had no authority -  Whatta hell ( Sorry for That) where has CAPO the right to tell the highest court in Thailand what to do.

The people that make the law has no right ? Where CAPO get this from.
From the law that the highest court have made in Thailand. 

Newsflash CAPO - The highest court make the law in all countries.
And they are the people that know most about the law.

How long education do the people in CAPO have in laws?

I am astounded by this goverment deparment that Thailand only have.

No other Country has this department, and they work as they are the highest power in Thailand.

It seems self-exiled former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra is indirectly commanding the police operations to deal with the protesters, with the appointment of his trusted man to take charge of the Centre for the Administration of Peace and Order (Capo).

Out of the blue on Monday, Deputy Prime Minister Pracha Promnok, a former police chief, was removed as the director of Capo and replaced by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Surapong Tovichakchaikul, a Pheu Thai MP for Chiang Mai, Thaksin’s home town.

 

And this Thaksin has done in many department in Thailand.He has fired many goverment head people.Or put them in a possession where they are under his people.

To then get his own people i their places.

Where the job never have been put out in the job market. Thaksin just replace them with his people.

The wrong thing in this is, that first in every other contries that is illegal. tIf someone have had that job you need to tell them why they loose their job.

And also it is not leagal to fire someone because of their political view.

This is all misuse of power in all other countries and this is only done by an dictator normally.

But in the latest things that Thaksin has done he has shown he not believe in democracy.

And now he tell the higest court in Thailand that they are not in their right to tell what is leagal or not.

Oh my God, is really happening in an democracy ? 

I know i not has anything to say about this. But where has any chosen government ever said to the supreme court that they not have the right to do......

It is all really funny and by this Thaksin has shown what CAPO really are.
